My prescription went through really fast and I didn’t have any problems at all. Like I said, it was easy and everything processed smoothly.

Billing was super easy for me, the payment went through without any problems, and my receipt showed up right away. No issues on my end at all. Did anyone else run into any trouble with it?

They kept me updated the whole time, which shouldn’t feel rare, but somehow it does. I didn’t have to keep chasing them for answers, so that was a nice change...

I’ve used Universal RX a handful of times now for refills, and overall, the process has been straightforward. The reorder option is genuinely helpful because I don’t have to re-enter all my details every time, which is great when I’m busy or just trying to get it done quickly.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the website can feel a bit slow here and there. That said, it still gets the job done and makes refilling my prescriptions much less of a hassle, so I’d say it’s been a solid experience.
